Carl Fischer
(CamaPlan)
Carl Fischer is a Cornell University graduate and third generation real estate developer. Carl began his investing career in the 1970’s when he was employed as a rocket scientist at Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida. He is presently one of the founders and principals of CAMA Self-Directed IRA, LLC (dba CamaPlan). CamaPlan is a national company headquartered in Blue Bell, PA. Carl has implemented plans and managed over 20 million dollars in real estate transactions. His real estate investments include commercial and residential properties, including real property, notes, and mortgages. He has been able to increase his personal net worth and control many endeavors with the self-direction tools available. In addition to his hands-on experience, he has the opportunity to speak to many groups including real estate investors and brokers, CPAs, financial advisors, and mortgage professionals about the power and possibilities of IRA, 401(k), and qualified plan self-direction. He presently has investments in PA, NJ, NY, FL, NC, and WI.
Josh Ziegelbaum

With more than a decade of experience in real estate and finance, Josh has an extensive track record of meeting the complex needs of his clients. He is currently a Principal at Ziegelbaum Group, focusing on luxury residential properties in South Florida. As an investment professional, he brings a unique perspective to real estate transactions and operates with a high level of integrity. He recently worked as Director of Investor Relations at a real estate private equity firm, where he onboarded more than $50 million of capital to acquire over 10,000 acres and build Colombia's #1 largest coffee producer. Before that, he was a Private Banker for Wells Fargo with a focus on real estate credit and investments in public securities. He ultimately managed portfolios for high-net worth individuals and business owners in Miami Beach. Josh previously held a Series 7 license and is originally from New Jersey, where he studied economics at Rutgers University. He is known for his passion around building deep relationships with his clients and for consistently acting in their best interests.
Jerry Patricio de los Reyes

Jerry Patricio de los Reyes has had a remarkable journey from engineering to entrepreneurship. His transition into the business world in 1993 led to the establishment of one of Florida's prominent insurance firms. As the owner of Empeiria Group Inc., he has carved a niche in the real estate and financial sectors, catering to private and accredited investors, as well as foreign nationals looking for alternative investment opportunities. His extensive qualifications include being a Florida Mortgage Broker and holding licenses in real estate and insurance. Jerry's expertise particularly shone during the mortgage meltdown, where he strategically focused on acquiring commercial assets from the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC). With the recovery of the real estate market in 2012, his company expanded its clientele to include national and publicly traded companies, notably in the healthcare sector, such as De Vita Health Care and Gallagher Insurance Group.Today, Empeiria Group is headquartered in Coral Gables, Florida, where it continues to assist investors with real estate opportunities and private lending solutions. The company also provides valuable support in navigating local and state government regulations, zoning, planning, design, construction, and asset protection. Jerry's commitment to education is evident as he shares his knowledge as a speaker at national and Florida International Engineering Schools, while also being a proud father to two sons, both of whom hold MBAs. This multifaceted career showcases Jerry's ability to adapt and thrive in various sectors, making him a prominent figure in Florida's investment landscape.
